How it Works

First, be sure to provide Fairway of the Carolinas with any documents needed to certify your loan approval. These documents might include pay stubs, bank statements, a credit history and more. Once we have these, we’ll provide you with a Certified Pre-Approval. This means that barring something totally unimaginable, your loan WILL close. Now you can go house hunting and have a bounce in your step when you find the home you’ve always wanted. 

However, if your loan is not ultimately approved for some unforeseen reason, Fairway will reimburse you up to $7,500. This will cover up to $1,000 you’ve paid in home appraisal and inspection expenses. And up to $1,500 you’ve shelled out in short-term moving, relocating and/or storage expenses. And up to $5,000 in any forfeited earnest money expenses. “Earnest money” is any money you’ve put down before closing to show the seller you’re serious about a home purchase.
