09 Aug Massimo Smiroldo, Loan Officer with Fairway of the Carolinas
Fairway Independent Mortgage of the Carolinas is excited that Massimo Eros Smiroldo has continued his professional growth by moving from the role of loan officer assistant to licensed loan officer. Prior to working for Fairway, Massimo graduated from The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, with a Bachelor of Accountancy, Accounting and Finance degree.
Massimo is devoted to making sure his clients have the knowledge they need as they start the homebuying process. The desire to be part of a life-changing process by providing mortgage expertise to families and individuals and guiding them into homeownership opportunities brought Massimo into the mortgage industry. He shared:
“Although I may not be a life-long veteran in the field of mortgages, I have been provided all the guidance, education and tools I need to ensure that every borrower I cross paths with can rely on me to provide them the support they need during the mortgage process.”
Massimo is most impressed with the endless tools, knowledge and support that Fairway provides to help mortgage planners maintain and attract new clients.
Sales and branch manager Ken Land is thrilled to have Massimo move into his new role. He commented:
“Looking forward to seeing Massimo grow and develop as a loan originator. He has done amazing work as a loan officer assistant to some of the best loan officers in the business. He has learned a tremendous amount and will do a great job!”
Massimo also brings the special skill of being gifted with the ability to speak several languages. Outside of English, he is fluent in Italian and proficient in Spanish.
As Fairway Independent Mortgage of the Carolinas continues to grow and expand, we look forward to seeing continued success for the Charlotte team with the addition of Massimo as a mortgage planner. We put our best foot forward every day to better serve Carolina homebuyers as well as provide them with the best resources available.
