11 Feb Fairway of the Carolinas Welcomes Anthony Ferretti!
Fairway Independent Mortgage of the Carolinas welcomes Anthony Ferretti as a mortgage planner in the Weddington office. Anthony has spent almost 18 years in the mortgage industry and has worked as a loan officer since 2016. After beginning his career on the operations side of the business, Anthony seized the opportunity to learn the mortgage origination process. He believes this valuable experience has afforded him advancement opportunities to lead and grow over the years.
Years ago, Anthony discovered the mortgage industry when he was searching for a challenging yet rewarding career. He is grateful to have been fortunate to learn and do things he never considered prior to entering the industry. When asked to describe what he values most about working in the mortgage business, Anthony said:
“Helping families has brought me so much joy, which has made it all worthwhile.”
Branch manager Ken Land is thrilled to have Anthony on the Fairway team. Ken said:
“He has a thorough and analytical approach in providing mortgage solutions to his clients. Anthony’s career, which includes both sales and operational experience, has helped him develop very well-rounded skill sets to ensure all his clients and referral partners receive the best possible experience! I look forward to many great success stories from his clients!”
Anthony is the proud husband to Cynthia and is proud to have Gavyn and Alexis call him Daddy. Being raised in Long Island, NY and making the journey to South Florida like many from Long Island do, Anthony is grateful to have discovered North Carolina and the four seasons. Outside of the office, Anthony is a diehard New York Giants football fan and bleeds Giants’ blue! He also enjoys shopping for cars and trunks even though he knows it sounds crazy.
As Fairway continues to grow and expand with the addition of Anthony, we are excited to see continued success for the Weddington office. We put our best foot forward every day to better serve homebuyers in the Carolinas as well as provide them with the best resources available.
