A Home in the Carolina Mountains
Hayden Poell had managed to aid his buyers, Twyla & John, to find their new home in the mountains of North Carolina. Previously, they had lived all the way from Oregon before moving. Because of this, the transaction had a lot of moving parts that needed to be resolved. However, thanks to all those involved they were able to close on their home in Oregon and use the net proceeds to put down their desired down payment. With the new housing finances needed, they were finally able to move in their beautiful new mountain home!

A Smooth Home Transition
Massimo Smiroldo, help his buyers Doug & Amie secure a new home with help of their agent, Macon Foscue. His professionalism and determination helped Doug & Amie to solidify a contract in this super competitive market while also scoring a great deal with instant equity. Michelle Valada did a fantastic job on the sellers side and was quick to contribute however she needed to ensure the loan process rolled along smoothly. Veteran finds new home
Matthew O’Connor, recently assisted Nathan & Jacquelynn close in on their new home. Nathan is one of our nation’s disabled veterans. Fairway is very proud to help support our military and are thankful to be able to assist this veteran to close on their home. Originally, the couple lived in South Carolina but sold their home in March 2022 and were living with their family until they purchased this new home in North Carolina. They will now be closer to work and family here in North Carolina. Lastly, a big thank you to Starling Law for helping get this loan closed!
