Chris has been originating home loans for over 20 years. During this time, he has worked in various capacities from a Mortgage Loan Officer through a branch manager. Currently, he is the Branch Sales Manager of our Wilmington Location.
Chris Morgan’s education includes completion of a degree in economics and business, from Stanford University. This training helps him to better understand markets, interest rate changes and the supply and demand for money in the real estate financial markets. He uses his education and years of experience to educate my clients and position them to take advantage of the best available programs and financing options in the markets that they are considering for their refinance or new home purchase. And, of course, this same experience and technical knowledge allows him to be a great resource when searching for a loan that meets my client’s needs while offering them the great interest rates and industry recognized great service.
